We come to the boat. Measurements are taken from the boat itself, not a spec sheet.
Welded in the shop, finish to spec, installed and water-tested.
Marine-grade aluminum-magnesium alloys. 5052 for sheet and plate (hardtops, tanks, skin); 6061 for tube and structural (towers, rails, mounts).
304 for general fab, 316 for marine and saltwater exposure. Polished to mirror or brushed satin. Rod holders, rails, hardtops, dockside hardware.
For boat trailers, equipment guards, structural builds, and heavy fab. Welded and primed in our shop.
We fabricate and weld in our own shop. Powder coat and upholstery are provided through our trusted finishing partners — your build comes back finished, with one point of contact.
